Background:
Ibram is a town in the southeast corner of the Kingdom of Zadoul, about a day's ride from the Aetu Mountains. The town is predominantly human, with a scattering of other races calling it home. In recent years, elves from the Kingdom of Olieroch have crossed the mountains and taken up residence in Ibram.
The town's primary industry is mining, and Ibram is well known in certain circles for the quality and quantity of their gemstones. In addition, the town is the site of the Convent of St. Zedsel. The Sisters of St. Zedsel are devotees to the Warmother, and they assist with the defense of the town.
Travelers passing through Ibram will find basic accomodations and many businesses to resupply them. Those with a strong affinity for the Warmother (fighters, paladins, rangers, etc.) might visit the Convent of St. Zedsel, where the Mother Superior might challenge them to prove themselves in combat.
